Rick Page is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years experience in commercial property management. During his career, Rick has managed office, retail, mixed use and light industrial properties for some of the leading management firms in the country. He has comprehensive experience in tenant relations, problem solving, project management, financial oversight, lease administration, operational streamlining and contract negotiation. He is a firm believer in building trusting and long term relationships with tenants and owners.
Rick has been a frequent visitor to the Hawaiian Islands for many years and in 2009 he fulfilled a life long dream of moving to Hawaii where he joined the NAI ChaneyBrooks team of Property Management professionals as a Senior Commercial Property Manager. Just prior to his position with NAI Chaney Brooks, he was responsible for the management and operation of GMS Realty’s (Terramar Retail) Northern California region of neighborhood and community shopping centers.
His experience also includes serving as Property Manager for the Shorenstein Company where he was responsible for 333 Market Street, a 630,000 square foot class “A” office high rise in the financial district of San Francisco with a 250 stall valet garage and ground floor retail. While with PM Realty Group, he managed 333 Bush Street, a 550,000 square foot class “A” office high rise in downtown San Francisco with residential condominiums on the upper floors. Rick was also a Property Manager for Madison Marquette where he was in charge of 490,000 square feet of a diverse retail and office portfolio in Northern California.
Rick is bi-lingual and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University. He received the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA / BOMI) in 2003. He is an active member of BOMA and ICSC and holds Real Estate licenses in Hawaii and California.
