| Scope of Service Experience |
Mr. Jurbala is Executive Vice President for NAI ChaneyBrooks. He joined the company in 2002 to oversee the company’s Government Group, being the first Hawaii based Real Estate firm to participate in military housing privatization which then grew to manage and operate over 2000 housing units for the US Navy. In late 2003, Mr. Jurbala had taken responsibility for overall company operations.

| Mr. Jurbala obtained an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University in 1996 and maintains an academic certification in Organization Change and Development and Leadership in Organizational Management and Operations. |
| Background & Experience |
Mr. Jurbala brings more than 20 years of management experience that include the specialized fields of real estate management and investment, quality assurance/quality control programs, environmental and safety programs, and facility maintenance operations in both the government and commercial industry sectors.
Mr. Jurbala’s expertise includes remote location logistical management & technical work experience in the Pacific & Indian Ocean regions, including military installations in Hawaii, Guam, remote Midway, Wake, and Johnston Islands, Diego Garcia, and Okinawa, Japan.
Examples of project assignments include various nuclear power facilities; Navy and Air Force (AFCEE) Environmental Programs; the Defense Waste Processing Facility and the Site Mechanical Facility Maintenance contract located at the Savannah River Site, a federal nuclear weapons facility in Aiken, SC.
Other assignments include the Department of Energy’s Superconducting SuperCollider project in Dallas, TX and the construction of Military Family Housing on Oahu, HI for the Army Corp of Engineers. He also was an integral part of the construction management team for the State of Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu.
Mr. Jurbala was an integral part in the successful closing of many commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions.
