| Background & Experience |
Pete Alpeter began his career in Hawaii commercial real estate in 1993 after a successful career as an aviator and staff officer in the U.S. Navy. His last tour of duty was with the Commander and Chief Pacific staff where he retired as a Commander.
Pete was previously licensed as a real estate agent in California and has had retail sales experience with his family owned furniture stores and interior design companies in both Seattle and Honolulu .
Born in Norfolk, Virginia and reared in Ohio, Pete received a BA Degree from Muskingum College in Business Administration, and a MA Degree from Pepperdine University in Human Resources Management. He also completed a year of post graduate work at Columbia University in Organizational Development.
For three years prior to joining Chaney, Brooks and Company, Pete was an exclusive industrial leasing agent with Monroe & Friedlander, Inc. for projects including Kokea Center, Pearl City Plaza, the Dillingham Trade Center and The Cannery at Iwilei.
