Joining ChaneyBrooks in 1990, Mr. Liggett specializes in industrial leasing and sales representing landlords and sellers, as well as tenants and buyers. And Mr Liggett also has full competencies and experience in office leasing and sales as well as investment real estate analysis, sales and purchases.


Education
He is a graduate of Miami University at Oxford, Ohio and holds a Masters Degree from the State University of New York.

Mr. Liggett was "Top Rookie of the Year" for 1990 and earned his CCIM designation in 1992. CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is the designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Chicago, IL.

Mr. Liggett entered his real estate career after service in the U.S. Air Force, where he piloted the B-52 and FB-111.
He is the recipient of a Kilohana Award from the Governor of Hawaii for his community volunteer work. And he is a youth soccer coach, Girl Scout Troop leader, member of the Rotary Club of Honolulu and a past member of its board of directors. He is married to Suzan Harada and they have one child.

Among Mr. Liggett's accomplishments are a $10.5 Million lease at a build-to-suite warehouse of 80,000 square feet of Allegiance Healthcare at Kapolei Business Park, a $2.8 Million lease for 40,500 square feet warehouse for G.E. Supply Hawaii in Kalihi Kai and $2.5 Million lease for 40,000 square feet in Halawa Valley for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
