How does it work?

The seller scans due diligence documents and uploads them to the due diligence vault.

A NAI ChaneyBrooks representative will then arrange the documents into different categories based upon number factors such as sensitivity level and type of document. 

Potential principals are carefully screened. 

Qualified principals and their representatives are then given access to various levels of information based upon the point that they are at in the transaction. 

Once your sale is complete all documents within your virtual deal room are destroyed in accordance with data destruction best practices.
